That trade made Philly and LA worse, the Nuggets are back where they started (since Affalo's back), and Orlando barely ended up with anything. Crazy.

Another team that doesn't seem to get it..... this is the WESTERN conference. Go big, or go home. If you aren't saving up space or signing demigods you're wasting everybody's time.

Vucecic is a decent young center, but the Rockets offer was potentially better.

The funny part was, IIRC, Orlando was trumpeting Affalo as the centerpiece and better than anything houston could have offered after the deal.

    Guess not.

Think the Nuggets are still after Lavine? Seemed like they'd go that way before this trade.

Last 2 months of the season Faried was playing at an all-star level. If he maintains his play into next year, he'll start getting more recognition.

    Phew.

I have been worried that OKC would flip someof their youngsters/ a pick for Afflalo. Would have been a nice 3rd player for them.

I would have liked Afflalo on the Rockets--too bad. Guess we are aiming for bigger fish, though.

Yeah I kinda feel bad for him. He'd be a good 6th man or 3rd or 4th option kind of guy for a contender or good playoff team. Instead hes been on medicore nuggets and piss poor orlando teams.

Don't feel so bad. He's likely to opt out of the last year on his deal and can sign up with a contender. In fact there is a possibility that he could get flipped closer to next year trade deadline.
