lol he was never going to be out of the league. It takes time for talent to blossom. Orlando have a habit of treating players poorly.

    He has a horrob
He has a horrible attitude and I believe ORL is willing to take that chance instead of letting a cancer ruin the locker room especially with whatever draft pick they have coming into next season. I’m sure Frank is gone next season and they might just bring in a coach like Mark Jackson to develop these young guys and build a culture. I don’t know if you recall but Matt Bullard made a statement about this dude in one of the games we played against them about how his attitude was affecting the team on the court.

it wasn't the last game we played as Herzonja was good in it. Actually both games this season he has been good against the Rockets

Riiigghhtt..there is a limit to the chances a player can get especially after he has shown zero improvement. At most one two more teams would give him one year contracts.

So its Orlando so it must be THEIR fault..is that what this whole thread is about? tsk tsk..why not answer specifically about the questions surrounding Mario. Lazy. Bad character who doesn't listen. Horrible defender. Low bball iq. Bad ballhandler.

As I said in my first post here this is a very hypocritical and now it seems also prejudged thread.

Zero improvement.....huh, you haven't watched him play much have you

    His monthly splits include
October 4.5ppg on 50 percent shooting
November 2.2ppg on 36 percent shooting
December 9.6ppg on 48 percent shooting
January 10.8ppg on 48 percent shooting
February 16.7ppg on 48 percent shooting

he is getting better and better and yes he is improving defensively http://www.nba.com/magic/news/mario-hezonja-continues-show-tremendous-growth

the decision on his qo for next season was made before theseason started.
By that point not only he had shown absolutely zero signs of improvement but negative signs of behaviour, attitude work ethic and bad influence on lockeroom chemistry.

Also 2.5 months of improvement aren't some kind of proof that this is going to stay. Let's see him keep this up, and keep this up with his next team and then he can prove he has a place in this league.

In conclusion the Orlando FO is not to be blamed for Mario not having a guaranteed paycheck in September.

?? I didn’t question his skill neither did Bull, we questioned his attitude on the court when his team wouldn’t pass his the ball or they would shoot. You can see his bad attitude clear as day and it was bad to watch.

Hezonja is and always has been a nasty, nasty baller. Orlando totally butchered their talent under Hennigan. Hezonja is the latest carnage from Henny's time. He's the best talent Orlando has......by far. They would do well to sign him to as long term a deal as they can get him to agree to. And they should hand him the keys.

Will they? Who knows what they'll do. But I'm telling you and have told you since he was a rookie that he's a killer. He's the white mamba. He loves winning and hates losing even more. And he has every skill in spades defensively and offensively. He's a franchise player. Whichever team finally recognizes it will be rewarded.
