Allow me to elaborate my aim in creating this thread. Many of us were talking about video games (pc, console, etc) in other threads. It brought back some fond memories. Some memories were so great that even after the nth time of cleaning and clearing, I still have them boxed - literally.

You might quote a screen shot, you could refer to an youtube clip...but do you still OWN the games in their entirety? Not sure about the future fate of those "boxed memories", I decided to store them in this thread... Feel free to join in!

    Buck Rogers!!!

Bet none of you have the "machine" to run these games :D

DUDE.....I worked on KNIGHTS Of LEGEND......

LOL - that was the first game I worked on for Origin systems with Todd Porter.

There was a bug at the end of it, I think.....there was no way to finish it.

    WOW- that brings back memories.

There was no way to finish it? Isn't that the point of those games?

You are not kidding me right? I thought I finished it, but that was so damn long ago and I can't really remember now.

I also remember the bird man race in KoL was kind of like Yao, running out of stamina extremely quickly, but I just loved their height and ability to fly. Just a year or so ago I was running it a bit in DOSBOX for old time's sakes, ha ha ha.

Did you also work on Ultima and other titles? Talk about coincidences... time to go sleep. Post later.

Oh man, I ran into some financial trouble last year and eBayed a lot of my old boxed games.

I believe Questron fetched the largest bid, over $100. But there were several others, especially EA games like Seven Cities of Gold and Infocom games like Enchanter and Sorcerer that did really well too.

I think I sold my Ultima III and Ultima IV games as well. :(

Funny. I was just at my parent's place this weekend and they wanted to "get rid" of their original Odyssey with extra games and light gun.

At the very least, sell it to a collector. Jesus. Old people.

BTW, the haunted house game was my favorite.

2600 was a machine. Those things never broke. People just got sick of them.
