I just heard on NBC News that MSDW are "only" missing 15 of their some 3700 employees. They are calling it a miracle. Whether 40 blocks away or dragging in late, let's hope MCMark is not among the missing! Contrasted to that the big bond trader, Cantor-Fitzgerald lost 700 or their 1000 employees. The CEO survived because he was not there on time because he had taken his son to kindergarten for the first day of school..... unbelievable how thin the thread is.
I feel like a heel hoping for the return of one person when thousands are dead, and other are still buried and tapping to let rescuers know they're there. Come on mark!
I've watched that guy interviewed twice now. I would die for this man. I respect him that much. Single-handedly the most compassionate interview I've seen since this whole thing started. Incredible, incredible human being.
ok some not so good news. i e-mailed this guy whom Mark in a previous thread had said he was good friends with down here in houston and here is what he wrote to me this morning:

I've searched the Internet for postings by Mark and have found several, but none that would help get in touch with him. I found what college he went to, but that's about it. I hope he comes back and thinks we're all nuts and stalkers.
outlaw -- that makes me ill. I'm glad you inquired. I'm guessing the next step is to find out if 1) Does Mark in fact work in the WTC? (which scares me because if his friend knew that Mark did not work there, he wouldn't be so concerned), 2) has he been in contact with Mark's family/wife and they do not know where he is, or has his friend not heard from any of the family? The latter obviously being better since it leaves open hope that they were on vacation. That news scares me but I'm hoping for the best ...
Clutch, Freeman wrote back saying he called the morgan stanley number and there was no official news on mark or joann, so maybe she works for them as well? i just asked him if Mark works in the WTC or not. will post more as i hear it.
