We have the cop's own statement that explains the reason he pulled the driver over.

You are dong your best to look the other way from the facts and evidence in this case.

Sadly when there is no possible reason for excusing the officer, you just insert your own facts rather than deal with the actual ones.

i have black friends who have been pulled over for DWB. trusted friends who didnt do anything wrong and were harrassed for no reason. its really messed up...

 

I don't know anything about this incident. But, I never make eye contact with a cop, and I'm white. Why would anyone make eye contact with a cop? That's just asking for problems.

Cops are always on the lookout for suspicious characters. Making eye contact is definitely suspicious. I usually wear dark shades so the cops can't see my eyes. It must be working, because I haven't been arrested in a long time.

What would be a reason to stare at someone besides trying intimidate them. The guy was obviously was looking to get pulled over so he could turn his camera on get that "police oppressing brownie" shot and whine like b**** about how he's oppressed. I know people like him that think like this are in minority. More people support cops then racebaiters in America and the support for slain cop in cypress proves it.

 

I got pulled over in the summer of 2001 just for wearing a beanie on my head. So I know where this guy is coming from.
