I thought it was OK to record if you made it known that you are recording, not necessarily by telling the person you are recordig but something as simple as posting a sign.
That's the weird thing. Apparently you can record video all you want, but audio is regulated. That being said, he had signs! I guess it's ok for ****ing walmart to record every damn thing you do, but god forbid a private citizen take action. And what a giant group of assholes the police are in this case. Refuse to leave private property? Not having a warrant? Sue them to hell.

Would Texas law allow someone to make audio recordings of conversations/phone calls/etc without the other party's knowledge/consent? I thought you could do that in Texas...
