This is a very important offseason for Houston. We probably won't be able to bring in big names but it is the perfect time to get the team together and prepare for a championship run. Personally I think resigning Josh Smith should be a priority, he was very effective during the Playoffs and he fits perfectly with our system, since he proved to still be capable of producing at a high level this might be harder than it seems especially considering our salary cap. Corey Brewer is kinda 50/50 if we don't resign him it's no big deal we have K.J. McDaniels who we should definitely qualify any offers for, he can do the same things Corey Brewer did for us plus he's younger and more athletic. I think we should mostly try and mantain almost the same squad although a good addition would be a secondary scorer off the bench George Hill or Ramon Sessions would be ideal. For a team that made the Western Conference Finals the 18th pick in the draft isn't bad at all, I am a big supporter of the Rockets taking Jerian Grant with that pick, who despite his age is probably the most NBA Ready Point Guard in the draft, taking him would eliminate the option of picking up a second scorer since he's already one. We have some good assets for the future and hopefully the Larry O'Brien trophy will be back in Clutch City soon. What are your thoughts on what we should do? H-Town forever
