I'm just glad it's over. There's nothing to look back on. It was a complete s*** of a season in pretty much every facet. Good riddance to the 2013 Houston Astros.

I had the most fun this season, out of the recent garbage seasons, because it's finally easy for me to see how bright the future is.

I always have fun going to Astros games, particularly with my family.

I had a ton of fun going to Corpus to see some of the guys like Folty and Stassi. I had never been to an Astros affiliate minor league game before that.

Really hoping that Appel and/or Correa both bypass the useless "launch pad" affiliate of Lancaster and they get to Corpus real soon.

Corpus will be THE place over the next two years to feature the future stros!

At the end of last year, I was sure we had bottomed out. Could I possibly be wrong twice?

We learned how legit Castro is, we lifted Cosart up where he belongs, Dominguez made strides, there's a rounder picture of what we have/don't have in Altuve and probably seen a few guys "clear the way" for the next wave... very productive season!

Don't get me wrong. I'm very excited for the future. I was just hoping for some sign this season of a turnaround. Any improvement on last season's record would have made me happy. Instead, it got worse. Yes, we know more about some players. That's great and all. There just no way I can call what just ended a success in any form or fashion.
