All good and well, except he's a running back. He'd be a great zone blocking back. He looked really good in the preseason. Has a bit of Arian Foster to him. As did Karan Higdon.
Oh, yeah I'd be mad if I were in their place, but I wouldn't think it was the reason we lost the game. It would have felt like a cheap 7 points lol
It’s the playoffs it’s the players who never did anything all year who are the ones to make a big play like Taiwan Jones.
What a game. I was there live and loved it. Really surprised by the number of Bills fans in the stadium. It was looking to be a long night at halftime but Deshaun Deshaun'd in the 2nd half. The play calling definitely changed after half time and so did the O line play. But the biggest change of momentum came after Watt's sack. The mood in the stadium totally changed after that.
Yeah, I thought so too, players don't normally lazily toss the ball to the refs and the refs have had a liberal meaning of "Giving himself up" all year long. They keep saying "What if he runs out?!" I mean he never even made an attempt to run out and if he did likely wouldn't have made it very far.
People are saying it's not fair to the bills because what if the returner was going to trick them and randomly run it out...yeah, I think it's silly. He didn't even take a step before he tossed the ref the ball.
Not as crazy sounding now as it would've been at 4:30. Think this might be it for Brady. Maybe Bellichek too. That would be incredible, if only because the Texans can beat the Chiefs in Arrowhead. Pray for good weather.
Also, incredible because the Titans are better suited against Baltimore than most. How crazy would it be if it were the Texans and Titans in the AFc championship game. I know that sounds like dreamland, but still.
Weirder things have happened. But that would be really, really strange. I'd settle for just having the Titans beat them up in a really physical, grueling game. Watching the replay of Watson's magic act makes think the NFL might be onto something with the player and QB protection rules making for a more exciting game. Because 20 years ago, IMHO, that play ends with both Buffalo guys sandwiching Watson hi/lo, an injury timeout, and no magic. You can't murder the QB like that now (or even turn around to block somebody, evidently), they let up just enough for Watson to dodge them like a matador having to dodge two bulls. Or Buffaloes . The way it is now was a lot more entertaining. And entertaining is the whole point of this.
Really looking like K.C., now. What a shock. Derrick Henry has done a man's work today. 33/179/1, so far.
