Hopefully Fuller is ready to go vs Titans. That game is much more important.

Just having Ellington should have a huge impact on the offense, it would be nice to put on a competitive game against New England to set up the season narratives

Agreed. Ellington is dangerous in space. Throw that guy a bubble screen or try a jet sweep etc. Billy has to be creative Sunday.

Pass interference penalties don't count as passing yards for the other team

I wonder how many games since we have had a 300 yard passing game ourselves.

A real train wreck of a sentence. What's this guy do for a living?

I suspect pancakes meant that ... over the last 31 games no QB has been able to throw for 300+ yards against the Texans defense.

Should we just kneel it the whole game?
    Asking facetiously, of course.

Agreed, if the Texans want any chance of salvaging the season and winning the division, they have to win the Titans game.

Woof. That means that, over the past 30 Texans games, neither QB has thrown for 300yds?!

Congrats Texans, you won the division twice. And you also win the award for Most Unwatchable Games the past two years.

similar to last year, game 3 Patriots wrote the book on how to stop our offense, and every team used it

Not a hard concept I don't think....stop Hopkins, stop the whole train.

This is the thing for me, BO'B knows damn well from his experience on both sides of the field what is coming. They are going to bracket cover, double team and roll safeties over to Hopkins until the Texans prove that someone else can get open and catch a football. Can he coach his way out of the most obvious scheme?

I heard on 610 them talking about moving Hopkins around, motioning him to make the defense give up their plan...that's all well and good but it isn't going to work as their 1 and only plan. It isn't going to work as their main punch either. That's exactly what Belichick is going to take away from the Texans. Lamar and Foreman have to have big games on the ground, Braxton and Ellington have to have big games moving the chains and god forbid a TE make an appearance this year. When they spread it around and force NE to play them straight up, THEN feed Hopkins. If they come out trying to force throws into the teeth of that scheme it's going to be yet another 42-10 type of butt whooping. Basically use Hopkins as a decoy for the 1st half. When BB adjusts back to 2 man coverage at half time, then Hopkins can be effective.
