rudy gay is better. he will definitely be better in the future as well. potential allstar...jrich is...a more athletic / talented ricky davis basically. warrick and conley give them some depth too. I think that is giving up too much on memphis' end though. I mean, oj mayo / amare / gasol / darko etc is still pretty solid...but they're still going to be a garbage team either way. amare might put some more butts in the seats though.

I tried to wander into the GARM forum and, well, never again. ANYWAY, just wanted to say congrats on getting Lowry guys, you're going to love him. I've been harassing the Nugs to go after him for 2 years now. He's a strong point who's incredibly tenacious. Great defender. Not the best shooter, but he knows his limitations. Runs a team well. I honestly think you upgraded dumping Alston for him.
I've always thought Lowry was a nice player, and I'm glad we added a point who can get to the rack and finish.
Pretty funny that during the season when people listed Pg's worse than Rafer, Lowry's name came up. Actually pretty sad.
Thanks Nuggests4... At least this gives me hope. lol I'm VERY concerned about the 25% 3pt shooting. If there's one complaint about rafer, it's his inability to shoot. -- and we seem to just downgraded it. I'll reserve my judgement until morey and adelman speaks. but right now, I'm very CONCERNED.
