South Carolina is a make-or-break moment for Steyer. He’s managed to buy his way onto the debate stage again, and has poured millions into advertising there. In particular, courting African American voters.

He’s polling at almost 15% and could play spoiler for Biden’s possible breakout moment.

Also, it amazes me that there’s such hatred and vitriol for Bloomberg whenever Steyer has engaged in the same tactics. For example: during the NH debate, Warren gave her “billionaires shouldn’t be able to buy their way on stage” speech and didn’t go after Steyer (and nor did the moderators).

Jeezus Eightch Christ with the "buy-in" thing.

I can appreciate Sanders and his so-called purity but he really gave lots of fodder to his opponents in that 60 minutes segment. He might as well have been wearing a Fidel Castro T-shirt. Make that a Castro baseball cap and I DON'T KNOW on his T-shirt.

"So. Free college. Free medical. Waive student debt. How you gonna pay for it?"

    "There are ways."

    "How?"

    "We can get it done."

Yes, I'm paraphrasing. All this sounds great but nothing has changed in four years. He still has no real specifics on how to pay for these things or is afraid to share his plans now.

Bloomberg eviscerated at the debate. Sanders way out left. Biden still can't find his car keys. Pete has -1% of the black vote. Warren turning people off. Klobuchar letting Pete get under her skin. Tulsi in it for the FOX gig. Yeah, Steyer's looking pretty good now.

Make or break what? the question for this idiot is basically "break or break a few days later that it would otherwise breadk"

But yeah, he's a fool. His big cause was impeachment and he skipped that because he was trying to make it to March in his no-shot presidential bid. Good move!

Hypocrisy is hypocrisy. Just pointing that out.

Would he be polling at 15% in SC without the onslaught of ad spending? Of course not.

    So, yeah, it’s a problem.

Seems like he's spending a lot of money in Texas. Can't get away from his campaign ads.

With all the racism and misogyny that flies off of Bloomberg that's not hard to understand. He's basically Trump-lite in some respects.

No one punches down. Thus, no one cares about Steyer.
