If you want to move on, then don't throw another accusation. It's pretty cleared that you don't want to let go of your failed opinion on Fitz. Even with his poor play and benching, you remain convinced that he's average.
The numbers say that he's average to below average, but that's not what is being argued right now. Right now we're talking about individual games and you are failing to be able to separate your opinion of Fitz and your opinion of Mallett and objectively speak about specific games. Anyway, that's fine, I don't really expect many people to be able to do that.
Good or bad I would be way more excited for this game if Savage was playing. Our odds of making the playoffs are slim to none and we know what Fitzpatrick is and he's not the QB of the future. Mallet being out has really taken a lot of the muster out of the remaining games
Not really. I presented specific facts and plays from the relevant games. But I appreciate you revising down your opinion from average to "average to below average." In any case, the game is about to start! As long as Fitz doesn't have a turnover-fest I expect a Texans victory. We are favored by 7 points.
Oh you mean the non contact injury he suffered in the first game? The field that everybody else has sucked it up and made the best of? Yeah this guy was right when he said he wanted to be the best to ever play the game. Move over JJ.
I expect a lot of running plays and short passes. I hope he doesn't hold onto the ball too long. There is zero reason to do that today.
If Washington and Colt and throw us a bone and beat Indy today then the Texans have a punchers chance of getting the division.
Impressive first drive by the Texans. Fitz did just enough to keep the chains moving, although his throws could be more accurate as Hopkins had to make some great shoe-string catches.
