Dang.... thought that was out of the park by Gattis. Thought I regained my magic. I'll take a RBI.

Between Correa's and especially Gattis's ball, it seems like the wind may have slowed down a bit on the insanity. Will be good if true given the lead

Lost in the sauce.... Hinch was foolish for allowing Fiers to pitch after one runner got on, much less two.

Not calling him "sucky", just mediocre.

    Glad it somewhat worked out.

Yeah, Stanton cracked me up on that.

    Blum's back tomorrow.

"Yeah, protecting the face." -- Stanton

Kinda funny Kinsler struck out falling down, then to add to the humiliation he slams his bat on the ground which hits him on the bounce back. :)

Sounds like Stanton lost some Thunder from his first couple of games.

    Larger sample size

I haven't watched a game with sound since Friday.

Would've been cool to experience everything.

Starters threw 189 pitches in 10.1 innings tonight, plus the Fiers Factor. Their pitchers seem to really slow everything down when there's guys on base.

Roots' poll for pitching MVP last 10 years was lacking.

    A) Keyshaw
    B) King Felix
    C) Greinke
    D) Verlander

How did they miss the real MVP?
    Maybe because zero Cy's.

Guess Upton went to one of Harden's hangouts for a slumpbuster last night.

    given Harden's taste, I'd say that's accurate.

btw, I'm so happy we've 100% moved past the issue from 2 years ago of "don't want to DH the backup C because we're worried about an injury / losing the DH"
