Alot of TV Players fall into several categories:
    1. Politicking players carrying the company line
    2. Players trying to protect their game/era/contemporaries
    3. Low level players that are fringe talent, skill, experience and/or insight

Harden has been shooting pretty damn bad. The entire team seems awful at shooting this year.

Congrats I guess? Not sure why you are replying that. 4 of 13 from 3 last night. Ive seen games where he's chucked 17 im not hating and I havent checked but im sure we are near the bottom of the league in both fg and 3 point % just from the freakin eye test its been chringe worthy.

Harden shoots 36% from 3. Slightly lower than his career average. Slightly higher than league average.

I know but it doesnt tell the complete story. OK he shoots 36% but he's been incredibly streaky this year. So it hurts us one game and looks legendary the next.

Actual thoughtful discussions. Instead of a bunch of dumb hot take trolls trying to get clicks for their company.

I get what he is saying but I think a better way to look at it is that when James is shooting lights out like he has at times (for example the hawks, Cavs, and Magic games which come directly to mind in recent games) it makes the games he looks human stand out so badly. I'm firmly in the camp that when his 3 isn't falling and he's given it a half to come to him and it hasn't he needs to be aggressive and drive for the layups and floaters which admittedly he normally does, what would really be killer and make him untouchable (which he already is to a large extent) would be if he would get back to using that mid range game he was very effective at before he abandoned it for 3's and layups.

Started the season slowly but has been shooting great since. Percentages can be misleading sometimes as he stays in the game when they have a big lead and still throws up shots for the heck of it. Also remember that he takes the hardest threes you can and shoots them at a decent clip

    21st in FG%
    23rd in 3%
    9th in FT%
    7th in eFG%
    4th in TS%
    3rd in O Rating
    16th in D Rating

FG% and 3% have nothing to do with why we lose games. Effort on defense from night to night has a lot more to do with it.

Years from now all of these chuckleheads are sitting around their fireplace telling their grandkids about how they watched the Great James Harden change the game of basketball, pretending that they were fans all along. And then little Suzie will bring up one of these videos and say "then why were you on TV acting like such an ignorant douchenozzle Grandpa/ma?"

Merry Christmas, Rockets Haters. May your rage keep you warm on your long, lonely nights.

I am not surprised D-Wade is talking up Harden. Some context, Wade's son Zaire, is a big Harden fan. They spent a lot of time together last all star weekend working on step back jumpers and such.
