Philly give Fitz more credit than that. He's most likely the 30th rank qb not 32nd. ;)

Texans fans are simpletons for the most part, blaming everything on the QB is easy, and that's what they do. You really can't expect any analysis more in depth than that.

Cutler is 3-4. Brees is 2-4. Kaep is 4-3. Wilson is 3-3. Ryan is 2-5. What's their excuse?

Fitz is better than what the Bills, Dolphins, Jets, Titans, Redskins, Vikings, Buccs have going for them right now.

Bills maybe, Jets yes, Titans coin toss, Skins once RG3 is there no, Vikes Teddy B, Bucs Yes. Hes bottom 5. Cutler, Brees, Kap, Wilson, and Ryan have all made deep playoff runs. Fitz is yet to lead a team to the playoffs.

So that's their excuse? That they have been to the playoffs so they're off the hook for their teams' records?

My point was clear. The QB position isn't the end-all in determining wins and losses. We have lost 4 games and 2, 3 of them could have been won with better coaching and executing from all the players.

Kyle Orton? Having already been there, no.
    Ryan Tannehill? Debatable.
    Geno Smith? Yes
Titans? Same Titans who cut him loose?
    Bob Griffin? No
    Teddy Bridgewater? No
    Mike Glennon? Yes

I agree, Fitz isn't awesome but he's easily better than Kyle Orton, Ryan Tannehill, Geno Smith, Charlie Whitehurst, the gaggle in Washington, Teddy "The next Aaron Rodgers" Bridgewater, and Mike Glennon. You can also add Cleveland, Oakland, and Jacksonville to the list as well.

I do find it funny that the Bridgewater apologists still can't admit that they were wrong about him though. Can you imagine what would be said if Fitz had 5 picks and only one TD with the absolute lowest QB rating in the league right now?

So if Teddy is a bust already that means Clowney is too right????

That doesn't logically follow. Clowney has been hurt, Bridgewater has been playing like crap. Consider the difference between those two things.

Yeah because at the qb position if you havent thrown atleast 20 tds in your first 3 starts then you might as well retire. Yea great logic.

Fun straw man, but you really can't deflect the fact that he's arguably the worst QB in the league right now and has 5 interceptions to 1 TD in 2.5 games. As much as people like you whine about QB play when it comes to Fitz and the Texans, it's funny that you give your draft crush a pass for MUCH worse QB play.

Don't forget special teams, especially the return game, and the WRs (key fumbles in two straight games)

If Teddy was playing like that after 3 or 4 years in the league then of course I would blast him. You did the same debate about Johnny being garbage. Let them play a couple of years first before you tell me how terrible they are.

So you'll need him to be by far the worst QB in the NFL for 3 or 4 years before acknowledging that he's not a good QB? WOW. I guess we shouldn't pass judgement on Geno Smith either while we're at it. Sure he looks just awful as a QB, but he's only been terrible for a year and a half so far, can't make any conclusions one way or the other at this point right?

Let me show you how bias you are:

Clowney 3 sacks vs Geno Smith= greastest defensive rookie ever

Bridgewater 3tds vs Jaguars= Eh did it against a horrible team and terrible defense

    Right or Wrong?????

    Easy, wrong.

Don't get it twisted, no one is trying to say that Clowney is the "greatest defensive rookie ever", this whole conversation is about you bashing Fitz, yet giving a pass to Teddy Bridgewater for MUCH worse QB play. This doesn't need to be a never-ending conversation, the simple point was that you should show some consistency of opinion if you want anyone at all to take you seriously.

haha yea sure. Cant wait for Teddy's next good game to hear you give some bs excuse like always. When Johnny finally plays you will bash him the same way. Its pathetic.

Bridgewater's name pops up in a lot of threads here. You would think he was on the Texans roster

Don't you see what you're doing though? You're looking to find any reason to prop up one QB, while looking for any excuse to bash another.....that's pretty pathetic. Again, I'm just asking consistency of opinion here.
