Hopefully all this crap about Clowney is just more smoke to hide the fact he's back. Fingers crossed......although him not practicing sucks.

Agreed, the story makes the Texans' coaching staff look really bush league. Hopefully the story is either a smoke screen or just a writer trying to make headlines based on something the assistant waterboy said, I'd hate to think our coaching staff was that poor.

With it being a Monday night game there's still time for him to get some practice time in... BUT, Pittsburgh's defense has been garbage and they are missing several players on defense. This is a game the offense should put up big numbers.

O'Brien needs to show why he was hired as a head coach and this is his chance.

There will be no excuse if the Texans come out swinging and missing like theyve done the last few weeks. Anything less than 14 points at halftime is a failure, imo.

I took the Texans ML and parlayed it with Seahawks ML and Ravens ML. Buying everybody shots if I win this bet

We can debate in circles all day about players _ but without good coaching none of that matters.

Cleveland put up 58 points in 2 games on Pittsburgh with our previous backup running back and a group of receivers you can't name. So yea, no excuses.

Anyone have any news on Daryl Morris? He's the only one fast enough to keep up with Brown

    Brice McCain starting.

Jump ball to Hop and Dre all day.

Put him in the slot and watch Foster torch him.

We should have a good offensive night in Pittsburgh.

Braddock is on 610 right now... Has some Clowney news

"Clowney is not going to play. He doesn't want to"

Goes on to say that he doesn't want to play until he is 100% healthy but the staff is trying to force him to play. Ugh

    Lol, is this real life?

Anyone get the feeling Braddock is being played to fool the Steelers? I sure do...

There is zero reason to do that..Clowney has yet to prove himself in an regular season NFL game...No need for trickery. This is obviously a real issue...time will tell us how bad the situation is or if this is a mild disagreement. Braddock really has zero reason to make this up...

Either that's the case or our coaching staff is really, really stupid.

A stupid coaching staff is not out of the question. Remember Dom Capers? As for me, I think this whole Clowney "Will or won't he play?" nonsense is much ado about nothing. The truth is that they really don't need him to beat the Squealers er Steelers.

Agreed, if the Texans need Clowney to beat the Stealers then the team should probably just give up on the season. If the Bucs can beat them and the Browns can blow them out, the Texans should be fine.
