Only 2 of the 3 were on Savage. 2 bad throws and 1 play where a traffic cone would have blocked for longer than Lamm.

Will be interesting to see who Rick will bring in as DW4's backup next season.

    Cut Savage.

Sign Kaepernick for half a season. Give the fans something to watch.

With the 10th pick in the 2018 NFL draft, the Cleveland Browns select...

Remember when Savage was the starter over Deshaun, and the organization thought that was the right move?

If Kaepernick is too controversial then sign RGIII. Literally anything is better than watching Tom Savage out there giving people aneurysms.

Texans need to be trying out backup QBs for next season at this point whether it's Yates, Johnson or whoever. Savage is done.

I don't see the point in signing anyone, all of the available options suck at football and the season is effectively over. The team already has its QB of the future on the roster, so it's just a matter of running out the clock and getting to next season more quickly.

I know you aren't paying attention like you should but both today's game and the Colts game were winnable. If we had a superior QB we'd easily be looking at 6-5 instead of 4-7 with 3 more winnable games on the schedule. 9-7 could have been good enough to make the Playoffs this year.

This is what happens when NFL teams/owners put politics over building a good team.

There's equally no point continuing to play Savage.

The search is on for a backup QB that isn't as garbage as Savage is. Watson isn't guaranteed 16 games every regular season. In case of minor injury, it would be nice to run a QB out there that wouldn't ensure a guaranteed loss averaging 3 TOs a game.

I would literally cut Savage after this game. Isn't this his contract year? Surely he is not going to be renewed, so just cut him now, start Yates, and bring in another backup. He is not even backup quality. He needs to go into another field of work.

There isn't a "superior QB" available. At this point in the season there is only garbage left available and no one that moves the needle whatsoever.

I would call the Jets and see where they are with Hackenberg. Reunite him with BOB and see what happens. At this point Savage is not even worth a backup to Watson next year.

Well you don't have a future backup QB on the roster now and there aren't any quality options available....so again, it doesn't really matter. I'm sure they'll pick someone up in the off-season, or if Savage keeps hurting his value, they could sign him back on the cheap. The team is going to win with Watson or it's not going to happen.

It wasn't on Bill??? Actually, the strip sack was on Lamm more than anyone else. So he deserves the blame, but Bill is new to this blame thing, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

We need to teach Lamm to get in front of players and force them to easily shove him aside rather than just letting them run free, it'll still be god awful, but forcing them to easily shove him aside on the way to the QB will take a few tenths of a second more than the nothing at all he's doing now.
