It is never easy with the Texans, but under OBrien they seem a bit different. Hopefully that translates to hard nose, gritty, in your face football. You know Carr wants to light us up. Hopefully, that translates to a few picks.
Schaubbie vs Fitzy! Or what was supposed to be, ha. Guess we'll have to settle on a Carr. Hey Antonio Smith! Looking forward to at least one dumb penalty from you! 17-14
I see Carr crashing and burning. He played poorly in his first NFL game. And really, he only had 1 great preseason game...he was more than mediocre in the other two preseason games he played...and those were against 2nd and 3rd stringers. His 4.7 ypa in week 1 is very David Carr-esque. I believe he also only attempted 3 passes beyond 10 yards in the game. I see him full of panic on Sunday. I think he's going to make some poor decisions or just go dump off after dump off. He became incredibly overhyped after that one preseason game...when really, his body of work thus far has been nothing more than average. Texans 20 Raiders 10
trap game... Hopefully Texans don't fall for it and dominate on Defense and Special Team, and pick it up offensively. Texans 24 Raiders 13
Texans 24 Raiders 9 I don't think the Raiders get a TD unless it is Special Teams or Defense Rocket River
Carr is gonna get wrecked...and we shall see the Schaub...guaranteed...Houston still will struggle with their offense...but their defense is gonna keep playing well. Houston 23 Oakland 10
I am confident BOB can exploit the Raiders. They have no run game and a rookie QB without any weapons.
I'll be on a plane headed to Paris when the game is on, but hopefully I'll see a Texans win when I check the scores later. I'm anticipating a lot of pressure on Carr from Watt and Reed, and I think this is a nice game for Cushing to get back his rhythm. There's nothing inherently scary about the Raiders receivers as long as we don't allow them to get behind the secondary. It would be awesome if Lewis or Manning could come up with a pick. I think offensively, we'll see much of the same, with Fitzpatrick being very measured. Foster could very easily have another 100 yard day, this time adding a touchdown to the fold. In the end, I see a 23-13 win for the Texans.
Schaub gets the start and goes 49/50 for 6 TDs and 0 ints Why because Houston professional sports that's why
