Why is anyone even mad about losing players in our secondary? Jackson was a great tackler and good against run, but sucked against speed guys. Honey Badger got burned time and time again or had big penalties. Kevin didn’t even play and when he did he was trash. Did any team signing these players even watch our games? Our secondary was trash all year against any decent qb. They only look good against Blake Bortles. I’m glad these guys are all gone. Our defense has been a fluke. Just watch the colts playoff game, how anyone on that defense gets paid is beyond me.

Please get some players with speed. I would love Earl Thomas. One of the best safeties to ever play the game.

 

Darby, Thomas, best available CB at our first pick. Risner in the second. Throw the rest of the money at Clowney and Bell. I’d be happy.

I’m glad that we want to shake up the secondary.. Mathieu was meh, Kareem had a big time year but a little too late in his career. Gaine definitely has a vision. We’re honestly OK at Safety with Reid & Hal, can be addressed in the draft. Would love to see us go all out in the CB market though.. Bradley Roby & Jason Verrett on an incentive deal would be something else.

I am not that surprised both guys left I think the Texans had a number and didn't plan on paying more than their number to keep either one.

Trevor Ariza had SUCKED this year. Rockets dodged a bullet. People are quick to judge but don’t see the long game.

 

I’m not banking on him, I’m just saying he can’t be worse than what we had. Honestly I would rather get Oline help and beef up the offense cuz come playoff time our defense is trash anyways. We couldn’t lay a hand on luck. We’ve been able to even touch Brady. I don’t even want to see what Mahoney would do to us. I would have tried to trade Clowney, Watt and Mercilus. As many sacks as Watt has, does he even have one vs Tom Brady? I don’t care if he can sack Blake bortles or Blaine gabbert or Andy Dalton...
