Surprising. Do they think he's gonna get too much in the free agent market?

Sounds like they prefer Honey Badger.

I like Amos a lot. I’d be fine with Kareem back & Amos/Mathieu

Jackson on a four FA deal to play S should be affordable. At CB, not so much, especially since he is 30 and him playing CB at 34 might be some tough sledding.

I'm still against resigning Kareem. I know he played well this past season but Hal, Mathieu (assuming he resigns) & Reid can hold down the safety positions. We need CBs and bad.

    Mathieu isn’t going anywhere.

Sign Mathieu. Bring Kareem only if it makes sense.

    Looks like Kareem is gone.

Edit: didn’t notice the news was already posted on the last page.

Anyways, I think it’s probably best to move on from Kareem, it wouldn’t make sense to re-sign him if you already have Reid and keep honey badger.

Tyrann, Clowney, Collins, Bell, Roby, Darby, John Brown. Sign 3 of these and I'll be a happy camper. We have the money to do it. The draft is good for OL and adding DL depth. I would then go 2 OL and one CB with first 3 picks, unless some ridiculous talent at WR or LB fell to us.

He wouldn’t be in Houston in the first place if that was the case.

He choose Houston and wants to be here it’s close to home. Unless we lowball him he will be wearing battle red next couple of years.

That’s exactly why he came here bro. He wanted a 1 year prove it deal to get a big payday. He saw Watt and JD on the front line and figured it’d make his goal that much easier

Texans Have Interest in Trent Brown in Free Agency

Updated March 2, 2019 By Charlie Campbell.

Sources with the Texans say they are very interested in Patriots free agent offensive tackle Trent Brown, and Houston could make a big run at him in free agency....

Houston's evaluators were very impressed with how Brown played against Clowney last year in the season opener. They also thought Brown did well in the playoffs, and they like his flexibility to play left or right tackle.

Another free agent offensive linemen Texans sources say they like is Rams guard Rodger Saffold. They think Saffold could play left tackle if necessary and move back to guard when a young long-term left tackle is ready to play. Texans sources said they also like Chiefs center Mitch Morse and think Cardinals guard Mike Iupati could still be a good run blocker who might be worth signing on a short-term contract.
