would anyone want to join an open team in my league? my buddy quit so I'm stuck owning two teams, it an 8 person standard league, ESPN, 3-1 record, team is absolutely loaded Tony Romo Matt Forte Demarco Murray Jordy Nelson Victor Cruz Crabtree Jimmy Graham Pierre Thomas Nick Novak Giovani Bernard Rashad Jennings Michael Floyd Jeremy Maclin Welker Bengals D Falcons D DM me if interested
I traded away walker in exchange for ertz. Have I made a mistake? I'm high on ertz but walker is basically the only decent target in Tennessee. I'm feeling like maybe I've made a mistake.
Stuck in the Bernard Pierce swamp. Should I drop him for Justin Forsett, Isaiah Crowell, Jerick McKinnon, or hold on one more week-- see how the dust settles and then use a waiver pick? Leaning towards grabbing Forsett after waivers clear. _________ Similar note... Pick 1 RB play Justin Forsett @ IND Arian Foster/Alfred Blue @ DAL Steven Jackson @ NYG Isaiah Crowell @ TEN Jerick McKinnon @ GB I know Foster seems like the obvious play but I'm very worried the HOU/DAL game will turn into a shootout/chuckfest. _________ Pick 1 WR play Julian Edelman vs CIN Brian Quick @ PHI Malcom Floyd vs NYJ Quick seems like the sneaky good play here due to the Rams likelihood of needing to play catchup.
I drafted Pierce in the 8th round and Taliaferro in the 21st round. Should have never cut Taliferro I play Foster and Quick. Get McKinnon if you can. Forsett then Crowell.
I traded Aj Green & Joique Bell for Rashad Jennings & Emmanuel Sanders. My WRs are Julio Jones, Keenan Allen, Kendall Wright & Josh Gordon. Good trade?
Jackson would be have done nothing so far if it weren't for a couple of late TD grabs. He's more likely to score than Edelman though. I guess I'd go Vjax and Quick. Edelman obviously in a PPR.
Jackson has been terrible but with no run game, Evans out and Glennon in, I think he has a chance to bounce back.
This is what I'm banking on too. Edelman is almost a sure 6-7 points every week. VJax is like 2 points or 20.
No I don't think so. You gave up a stud WR1 and a legit RB2, for a middle of the road RB2, and an inconsistent WR2. By those facts alone, it wasn't a good trade.
I lost a pivotal division game to send me to 2-2 and I could have been 3-1. If Calvin Johnson had at least a decent game I could have won - although to be fair for my opponent he had LeSean McCoy stink it up for his team.
I think you should....if you can. Right now Asiata is way too TD dependent for me. (I know, I know, he's scored alot of them, but I just don't see it staying that way).
Well when you've generated 9 points from your rbs for the past 2 weeks you're inclined to look for a more consistent back. No way Joique Bell is a legit RB2 & Jennings is a middle of the road RB2. One guy starts, is healthy & gets 90% of the workload & the other guy is injury prone, does not start & gets about 40% of the touches. I knew this trade was on the line but by no means do I see it as terrible. I'll give you guys an outlook of my team now: QB: Rivers RB1: McCoy Rb2: Jennings WR1: Julio Jones WR2: Keenan Allen TE: Gronk Flex: Andre Ellington or Delanie Walker DEF: Bengals Bench: Josh Gordon Emannuel Sanders Pierre Thomas Kendall Wright Shon Greene
Even if you don't think Joique is a legit RB2, AJ Green isn't worth the slight upgrade you're getting at RB. If you didn't want to get full value for your superstar, you could've traded AJ Green for a guy like Alfred Morris, Zac Stacy, or even Frank Gore. But to give him up for Rashad Jennings to me it's not "on the line", it's a bad trade.
