Should I trade Roddy White for Larry Donnell? My current TE is Heath Miller. My other receivers are Dez, Kelvin Benjamin, Steve Smith, Victor Cruz, and I have Josh Gordon stashed.
I just traded Kelvin Benjamin, Chris Johnson, and Reggie Wayne for Demaryius Thomas, Montee Ball, and Golden Tate PPR League I needed a RB bad
Yeah, I'd veto. Ball can easily finish the year a top 10 back, Thomas a top 5WR. And I'd rather have Tate over Wayne in PPR.
Ssssh.. I need this you guys. Nobody vetoed when I traded Donnell for Bobby Rainey (please don't laugh)
Guy offered me Calvin Johnson and Khiry Robinson for Alshon Jeffery, Andre Ellington and Larry Donnell. I have Foster, Ball, Gerhart, Tate and Mathews as my other RB's and I have Julius Thomas at TE. Should I take it?
I would. Johnson is an upgrade over Jeffery, Foster and Ball should be good enough to start each week and Robinson/Tate/Mathews will be good depth.
I wouldn't, to me Ellington makes this deal cost "too much". You're giving up 3 legit players, who are target monsters or focal points of offenses, for a stud in CJ, but also a piece to a committee in N.O. You're essentially trading away all of that for Calvin Johnson.
Ellington's replacement (Ball) is going to perform equally if not better based on the nature of the offense. Even if Ellington is more touch-heavy, Ball usually will have more scoring opportunities.
4-0! first time I've been that in my years of playing fantasy i've gotten to 3-0 a few times only to fall to 3-1. hopefully I can carry it onto next week.
No doubt about it, simply put, I just feel that with Donnell coming on, and Ellington being the workhorse guy in Arizona, that he can get more than that for those 3 players. For me this isn't about being a "good trade", it's about the fact that those 3 guys should be able to get a larger haul than that (IMO)
A bird in hand is worth 2 in the bush. If he can get a better offer, by all means. But upgrading from a WR2 to a top end WR1 and giving up very little in replacement (Ball:Ellington, Donnell:Thomas) is a good trade for his team.
up 4 points going into MNF. my opponent has travis kelce left and i have brady. i would be up 10, but dez had that damned garbage time td *fingers crossed*
Just picked up McKinnon, glad I was able to get him quick. How much of a role should he play this Thursday? Is it worth starting him at the flex over Welker?
Wow, I got offered and just accepted the most lopsided trade I have ever seen. I got offered: Dez Bryant Toby Gerhart For DeSean Jackson
With that trade my roster: Drew Brees Mike Wallace Julian Edelman Dez Bryant LeSean McCoy Demarco Murray Emmanuel Sanders Zac Stacy Greg Olsen Lamar Miller Josh Gordon Steven Haushka Bengals D/ST
