Don't jinx them again like you did in the Philly game after our 1 good drive.

Because your defensive end Mario Williams got manhandled by a tight end.

The media is quick to point out when Mario makes a mistake, but they didn't even talk about him when he tackled the running back for a 0 yard gain earlier.

What did Mario blow (I can't see the game here in Bryan/College Station)?

Yes he did. He said the defensive end has to make that play and can't be blocked simply by a tightend.

I agree with Xenon, man. Don't start bickering. You know what he meant... Xenon pointed out that the announcer b*tch is only going to look at Mario and, of course, Mario needs to be more of a presence than getting blocked by a Tight End. I know he can get away from him like that.

    VAMOS, TEXANS. VAMOS.

A tight end pushed Mario Williams all the way inside near the center and Ladell Betts had a clear path to the end zone.

But he wasn't even blocked... he got by his man, and was heading for a direct hit with Brunell, when Brunell was able to shovel pass it at the last second to Portis.

If the announcer did say that, he was wrong.

What poise by Carr right there. He looked into the rush and delivered a perfect pass to Dayne.

edit: then they lose the snap again. Give me a break.

Not talking about the portis play, talking about the touchdown. The announcer said Williams got owned by the tight end on that touchdown play.

Until the defense reads pass... Dayne/Gado are going to continue to have to come up big to deflect the attention.

That wasn't even a blitz, and the pocket collapsed faster than it takes for most blitzes to get there.
