Bc he’s pretty nails in save situations and it’s not like we have anyone else that can consistently close. He typically struggles in non save situations. But he’s clearly in his own head right now.

The best part of this win is we’ve got Cole, JV and Morton up next

Giles too much of a mental midget to be a closer.

Tim Redding's Disease. Can be rolling along, a bad thing or 2 happen, and then implosion.

Good job bearing down for the 3rd out.

When Giles doesn't close the bullpen has 7 blown saves. Giles is perfect this season in save opportunities.

Giles is such an enigma, he mows the first two down and actually appears confident and cocky then a bloop hit falls and he goes into panic mode. [IMG]

We should be 6-2 now over this tough stretch. Those 2 games we blew are as aggravating as early season losses can get.

Watching Giles close is like smoking while you pump your gas... you’ll probably be fine but you will be sweating it.

Our record would be incredible if the pen has been a little better and we had a replacement level LF and DH through the first quarter of the season.

We are 35-22 but our Pythagorean shows we should be 42-15....

I'm guessing Giles blinded everyone so that pop fly ended up dropping for a hit.
