July 11th, right, maybe the Bulls trade us Noah and match for Asik.

The last year of this deal is worth 15 million. Morey is going to pay OMER ASIK 15 million dollars in one season. This is why the Rockets will always be average.

this. how can anybody possibly think this is a good contract, and how omer asik is getting paid that much is beyond me.

any chance that david stern can bail morey out of this albatross too?

Is it 3 or 4 years lol? That makes it roughly either 6m a year or 8m a year.

For sure. I'm trying to find out which one is correct. If it's 4 years 6.25m/yr isn't bad

4 years makes it a GREAT deal for a player of Asik's caliber. 3 years would make it only good. Either way, I'm happy. Ya'll gotta look at Asik, he is a monster defensively, at least Tyson Chandler level.

Seems like hefty money for a center like Asik.

And it's 3 years now. Feigen corrected it on his twitter.

Asik reminds me of Dalembert, not really going to make all that much difference.

And why not draft Zeller and let him develop he has as much shot of becomming a servicable center as Asik does.

I think the 3 is the one that is right. Bulls wouldn't hesitate to match the 4 years offer in all honesty.

I doubt it's for 4 years, Woj is more than likely correct.

I think this is a great deal for the Rox. Asik/Camby combo will be the equal of most others in the Western Conference.

I really think the bulls aren't gonna match this.
