I think it's incredibly difficult to have expectations for this team this year. We could go 6-10 or 10-6. I hope BOB/Rick Smith find an answer soon at QB.
6-10 would really surprise me given the easy schedule, but I do agree with the overall sentiment. Given all the question marks it's hard to guess their record. I would guess somewhere from 8-8 to 12-4
That's pretty much the sentiment for most NFL teams... except for the truly best of the best and worst of the worst. Such a balanced league... and a lot of turnover for several teams... makes every season a bit "up in the air".
Q Demps is back. Was there an injury at safety? Seems we have plenty of players in the competition as is. Maybe none of them are stepping up? We also signed DE Fili Moala. Per Aaron Wilson Twitter

A place opened up with them IRing McFarland, he got injured in the pre-season game. Coleman was let go, hadn't shown anything, and Moala is good backup depth for the d-line. The more Polynesians the better. Demps can really help bolster our weakest position on defense and help in the return game. ****, just one day here and he was already making plays in TC. He's actually come on pretty well over the last two years, could be a very good deal. Texans safety's pretty much played like garbage against the 49ers, and that could get much worse this week against Denver. I like this pickup.

Anyone remember when Pancakes was so upset about the Texans passing on Lache Seastrunk? I am kind if shocked by his release though. I could see is kicking tires on him as another body/might get lucky/ potential practice squadder. Doubt Hilliard makes it to the practice squad if that's what we wanted to do with him.

Of course he did. He was also joking saying the Texans were definitely drafting a QB or he'd eat his shoes last year I guess.
