Not IN St. Louis. If Phili chokes again, go ahead and pencil the Rams into the Superbowl. They will not lose at home to anyone.
I'll go with Week 1 Panthers over Cowboys Packers over Seahawks Titans over Ravens Colts over Broncos Week 2 Eagles over Panthers Rams over Packers Patriots over Titans Colts over Chiefs Week 3 Eagles over Rams Patriots over Colts Superbowl Patriots over Eagles
That's a valid point. They were undefeated at home this year. I guess the only question is if Bulger is good for the Playoff's? Two weeks should be plenty of time to heal, but I heard he got pretty beat up yesterday. Did he even finish the game?
Dallas Cowboys vs. Carolina Panthers Panthers, Bill has done all he could with Dallas in one year. Seattle Seahawks vs. Green Bay Packers Packers, GB definatly has the momentum right now. A Seattle win would be a huge upset. Philly vs. Carolina Carolina, I really think that the Panthers D is under rated. Green Bay vs. St. Louis St. Louis, Farve's magic is not enough to get them bye here. Carolina vs. St. Louis St. Louis, Just a gut feeling here. Tennessee Titans vs. Baltimore Ravens Ravens bye a nose, McNair's injuries are the breaker here in my opinion. Look for R. Lewis to be all over him. Denver Broncos vs. Indianapolis Colts Indy, Beating the same team twice in two weeks is tough, plus all the last minute comebacks this year has given Peyton some presure confidence Indianapolis vs Kansas City Indy, KC has already proved that they can't stop a team with more than one offensive threat. New England vs. Baltimore NE, Brady picks 'em apart. New England vs Indianapolis NE, the preasure finally gets to Peyton and he craps the bed. Super Bowl St. Louis vs. New England Pickem'
i pick the ravens to make alotta noise in the playoffs this year.. they have the best running game and the most feared defense and lookout for the broncos too...portis and the bronco D aint too bad either.. the nfc is weak this year...i think philly is the team...if not then its the packers
I don't know if this changes your picks or not, but if Denver and Tennessee both win in round 1, then the lower seed (Denver) plays at New England. If Tennessee wins and Indy wins, then Tennessee goes to New England, and Indy goes to KC. In the NFL playoffs, the top seed ALWAYS plays the lowest seed left in round 2, after the bye.
i wasn't even thinking about that. It doesn't change anything really. Denver at New England.... New England Tennessee at Kansas City.... Tennessee Tennessee at New England.... New England New England at Green Bay..... Green Bay
NFC Cowboys at Panthers... Panthers 21-10 Seahawks at Packers... SeaHawks 34-24 Carolina at Philadelphia... Philadephia 21-10 SeaHawks at St. Louis... St. Louis 31-28 St. Louis at Philadelphia... Philadelphia 20-16 AFC Tennessee at Baltimore... Tennessee 24-21 Denver at Indianapolis... Denver 28-24 Denver at Kansas City... K.City 38-17 Tennessee at New England... Tennessee 30-26 Tennessee at KC... Tennessee 27-14 Philadelphia at Tennessee...Tennessee 20-13
Dallas vs. Carolina 0-0 Called on account of no offense Seattle vs. GB 35-35 Ghost of Bret Farve's Dad causes power outage as Hasselback's game winning pass is in the air Baltimore vs. Tennessee 14-14 The Titan's can't run and the Ravens can't pass Denver vs. Indy Still playing on Monday as Peyton Manning recites the full text of War and Peace before the first snap But really: Dallas 13 Carolina 10 Urkel out chunks Delhombre Seattle 27 GB 24 Karma evens out for the Pack Titans 24 B'more 17 Stop Lewis and Bmore is meat Denver 31 Indy Rested and ready, Indy can't stop the run History has proven t is pure folly to pick against the home seeds in the playoffs, so why do it?
The worst NFC game the Packers could face is the Rams in St L--and that is exactly what they will get if they beat Seattle. I just don't see Green Bay winning 2 playoff games (making it to the NFC championship), them winning 2 road games (Rams and and strong probability of Phily) to make the Super Bowl is extremely remote. IMO Seattle has a better chance at knocking GB out in Lambeau than GB does at winning in St L versus a rested St L. I agree with the poster's comment about Carolina's D. They are good, them and the Cowboys have the best 2 defenses left in the NFC. But like the Cowboys, their offense can easily get shut down. Sooner or later Farve's emotions only will carry them so far and the better teams will take them out.
My bad, if GB and Carolina win the The Pack would be at Phily. It would not suprise me as much if the Pack beat Phily on a cold windy Phily day (pound Green up the middle, make Phily's safeties focus on the run, mix in a few Farve play actions, than go back to the run)--that is a much better match-up for them than the Rams in the dome which figures to be a track meet.
NFC Dallas vs. Carolina...Dallas Seattle vs. Green Bay...Green Bay Philadelphia vs. Dallas...Dallas (Not really a Cowboys fan but I'm a Texas fan so. Plus I think Philly is highly overrated and so is McNabb.) St. Louis vs. Green Bay....Green Bay (Too much emotional adrenaline in their favor to lose. Barring Faulk getting 30+ carries which he won't because Martz doesn't know how to run a balanced offense, Packers have it sealed.) Dallas vs. Green Bay.... Green Bay AFC Tennesee vs. Baltimore....Tennesee (They always seem to figure out how to grind out a win.) Denver vs. Indianapolis....Denver (Denver exploited the Indy defense last time they met and I expect more of the same.) Denver vs. Kansas City.... Denver Tennesee vs. New England....New England (They grind out wins better then Tennesee, and they're at home. Pretty much seals it.) Denver vs. New England....New England SUPER BOWL: New England vs. Green Bay.... New England (They just don't make costly mistakes and they always seem to make something out of other teams mistakes. They're also the smartest team in the NFL and to put it simply, they know how to win.)
