It looked to me that, while he was peaking, he was more in control and not swinging himself off of his feet. He may have still gone to a knee, but not as frequently. Lately, it's every swing.
Agree with this (was trying to think of the right way to say it..you did it). Hopefully it's just a matter of getting his timing/feel back to reach that point. It''s a fine line in coordination, so I'm not surprised that he doesn't have it right away
I thought Marwin was due man. Great fight...that two run lead seemed like an 8 run lead with way offense has been producing.
I've seen plenty of hounding for No.2 type responses. Like when I got hounded for saying Gurriel hasn't impressed me when he made a poor play in the Tampa series earlier in the year. Good grief. No.3 type responses are, I imagine, just frustrations within the context of watching the game. It is a game-day thread you will get some folks frustrated with how things are going and will speak like that. No need to take them too literally they are just upset with what they are presently watching generally. But some people feel it's their duty to police such comments.
Kenny G didn't lay one down the middle when challenged. When he's spotting his fastball along with the slider he's nasty.
ay dios mios. Looks like albers had a million of those willfork ham burgers. Hadn't seen him in a while.
Why are you giving all of those kinds of posts a pass yet you can't understand why some posters have the gall to stay positive (to the extreme in your eyes). At least be consistent.
