    I have a feeling if we're seeing a lot of these guys here in the next three years, we're not contending. I was thinking Altuve, Castro and Lyles.

    If Lowrie/Norris/Lopez are still here, I think it will be because we are contending (otherwise they are gone in trades).

    Most of those guys are interchangeable parts. Wright has proven himself as a lefty specialist at worst. Lopez has proven he can be the 7th/8th inning guy. Harrell & Norris have proven themselves as back of the rotation starters (unfortunately they are our #1 & #2).

    I wonder this myself. I've just given up on them getting cut. I think nobody knows who they are, so they keep saying well maybe they are good.
