So you were basically hoping for the Astros to lose and ideally get dominated?

Among the things to like about Sanchez, speed and range are not two of them.

That's 2 plays in 2 innings that most shortstop at this level should make.

It's kind of amazing how slow he is actually.

I was hoping for a low scoring game with Santana getting lots of K's, and then the Astros winning in a walk-off

Angel Hernandez and Joe West are easily the worst umpires in baseball. So of course you team them up together for this series

Bourn was safe!!! The ball beat him but he beat the tag

    20%, right?

Isn't that what that recent study showed as far as the percentage of incorrect calls made by MLB umpires (at least based on their sample size)?

For fantasy purposes, not that I know much about it, don't you want your SP to get the W?

Castro ripped that ball but Francoeur was able to get to it.

I know the caught looking can get frustrating but I have a feeling that he's going to be a solid hitter down the road.

Santana really regrouped well during the 1st inning and hasn't looked back. 79 pitches through 6.

    He hasn't walked anybody.

Castro is the only guy to make him throw more than 6 pitches in an AB and that ended in a strike looking.

They could've brought in Bourgeois to hit there. Jason could've driven in two other Jasons. Might've been a first.

Pence erases the Melancholy with his 2nd HR off Santana.

He's driven in all 4 runs.

Pence continues his hot August! That shot barely cleared the crawford boxes.

Needless to say, closing time hasn't been good for us recently.

Another chance to get it right tonight.

Sounds like LL's homeboy Wilton Lopez is warming up.

It'll suck if we blow another one. Too many in a short span.

    What a play by Lopez!

    Reminiscient of Wandy and Wolf.

    Wilton
    Wandy
    Wolf
