The biggest difference between the Astros and Rockets is the Astros bottomed-out, then rebuilt. The Rockets have been reloading on the fly for years.

They are way too proud of their beans. I think that was jalapeno mac and cheese.

I ate about one third of the rib. Took the meat off the bone and brought it home. Weighed the leftover meat on a postal scale and it came in at 1.75 pounds.

What was the Rockets' point differential though?

Didn't we essentially bottom out during the Francis years? That was the last time I remember things bottoming out for the Rockets...they then had TMAC and Yao, and since then...they've become the Drayton McLane Astros. Thank goodness the Drayton years are over. Doing just enough to fill the seats...

Yeah, glad Drayton is over. I wouldn't say the Rockets bottomed out. They haven't had consecutive losing seasons since Olajuwon was drafted. Consistent winning has value, but I'd rather lose some (consecutive bad seasons) then really win (championships).

You think the Drayton years were bad? Should have been around during the Ford Motor Credit years

Ya, I didn't start watching till around '98, as I spent my childhood over seas.....

I honestly, had to look up the prior owners. I had NO idea they were owned by them lol.
