Kyle Tucker and other Rookies really need to be called up. I really believe when Marwin, Reddick and other batters are too relaxed when their Starting Jobs are Safe. And there is nobody behind you in position. Players are way too satisfied for their own good. We need Power in the Lineup. Yuli has no power. I really think Astros should take risks with Rookies.

Correa has been frustrating this year. Expect more out of him.

Smith should be a righty-only guy, just as Sipp should be lefties-only.

We should all remember Scott Servais from those scrappy post fire sale teams 91,92

He backed up Taubensee. I remember he hit zero homers his first year and then shot up to 11 the next year. He was a solid defensive backup catcher

I'd have used Sipp against Span.

Giles not closing? Outside of Giles, the bullpen has blow saves in 7 out of 10 chances.

Yuli is clutch and surging -- OPS .900 in June.

Money will impede Tucker until next month. And..... isn't he NOT playing great anyway ?

Increased offensive production from ONE outfield spot would be great.. and/or Correa-Jose's OPS .900

Yeah...those 3 hits, 3 walks, 2 runs and 10 Ks in his last 12 appearances (10+ innings), is full of suck.

    What happened to Correa?

Was watching Mariners feed, so it wasn't mentioned why he was pulled.

What he was saying is, Yuli should have more power. He's more of a contact hitter, although when he doesn't hit, he seems to ground into a disproportionate amount of double plays. And yes, I know Gattis has been on a hot HR streak lately, but I'm really not a big believer in one-tool guys. He's all power, nothing else, and adds nothing defensively.

He hurt himself swinging and missing. I'm surprised he's the first guy in the lineup to do it....

Looked like he grabbed his oblique.

Yuli had 18 HRs last year. He is not hitting for power because of his surgery to remove the hamate bone. It drains a players power. Hopefully, he hits for more power as we get further away from the surgery. It may not come back until next year though.
