I just hope both guys are legitimately challenged by up and comers in this primary race. Both have their strengths and weaknesses. Both candidates are a godsend to Democracy if they beat Trump by a large enough margin to remove him from office. But... with so much baggage these two bring to the table, I can't help but want both men to be challenged & move to be stronger candidates. Biden was always known as the Establishment guy, and nobody thought he wouldn't tap the Dem gravy chain (likely big banks). However if Biden is seriously challenged... NOT JUST FROM BERNIE, but from other serious candidates like Beto, Harris, etc. who are running more grassroots funded campaigns, it'll force Biden in different directions much like Bernie did to Hillary in 2016 which I think made her a better candidate that last year when she had to move left to retain most of the Bernie support & earn his presence on her campaign. I'm trying to be open minded to everyone now, and give Biden a chance to win me over. I think he's "okay" but not inspiring at the moment. I like Bernie but am concerned that winning the nomination is more important that winning the presidency to him and his supporters. I just want everyone to keep an open mind to all the candidates because of how early it is, and to make sure we don't nominate someone that A.... cannot beat Trump & we end up with 4 more years PLUS whatever happens to our democracy after.
from his campaign HQ in Philadelphia, PA, Biden is taking a swipe at Trump for taking credit for the condition of the US economy ‘Trump Inherited A Growing Economy … Just Like He Inherited Everything Else in His Life’ "I know President Trump likes to take credit for the economy and economic growth and low unemployment numbers. But just look at the facts, not the alternative facts. President Trump inherited an economy from Obama-Biden administration that was given to him. Just like he inherited everything else in his life,” “And just like everything else he’s been given in his life, the trust fund baby is in the process of squandering that as well.” "to quote Yogi Berra, it's deja vu all over again" https://www.thebipartisanpress.com/...ike-he-inherited-everything-else-in-his-life/

It's honestly hilarious for Trump supporters to make this claim. This is a worse example of lacking self awareness than Trump mocking Beto for talking with his hands.
Really? It’s old news. https://thehill.com/opinion/white-h...ukrainian-nightmare-a-closed-probe-is-revived But you’re right Trump is the corrupt one, face it politicians are corrupt on all sides.
As a thought experiment, what if Biden run a campaign like W. W appears all middle of the roady, but once he gets elected the far right wingers come out of the shadows. Biden, if elected, could fill all of his cabinet and other political posts with AOC types.
I recently joined the grandpajoehate subreddit, so reading the title to this thread, all I immediately thought of was "fu** that guy!"... with a meme in the background. Great subreddit, btw https://www.reddit.com/r/grandpajoehate/
