Just a clarification, Vegas sets the lines not by what they think will happen, but by what they think average public betting opinion is. The whole idea is to get equal betting on both sides so they make money no matter the outcome.
Awesome Grape. Tried to rep but couldn't do more. No worries on the image posting. I only recently got it together earlier this year.
Go out, lay wood on them, and start pulling guys in the 2nd half when we're nursing a 30 point lead. Best news is that the Jags are already saying Jones-Drew is OUT for the game: http://www.bigcatcountry.com/nfl-in...2/3636168/jaguars-mjd-injury-fantasy-football Rashard Jennings has been below average (3.3 ypc) as a starter, and this puts added pressure on their offense. When our D knows you have to rely on the pass, it makes their job easier. I would almost go nickel for most plays, because Jennings is that little of a threat. Jags are likely to be a little healthier on D, with Dwight Lowery practicing again. The Jags aren't world beaters, but they do have a couple of very good clean up hitters at LB. We obviously prefer to run left, but Posluszny and Allen are going to make it difficult to break into the second level on that side. I'm not Kubiak, but this would be a game where I might challenge Newton and Jones to take a step forward and show me they can open holes and dominate their blocks. I know a lot of folks are clamoring to call this a preseason game and to rest everyone we have - but that's foolish. Can't do that in this league. Division rivals always rise up to nail each other and are responsible for most upsets each year. Rest guys once we're in the 3rd quarter with a commanding lead. Don't go out there and invite the Jags to turn this into a real contest.
BEAUTIFUL. REP, sir. Be careful there, 99 is Watt's number. How about "I have WATT problems but the Texans 8-1."? Suggestion.
Beating up on the jags just isn't as fun as it used to be now that Del Rio is gone. At least we got to drop 30 on his new defense in Denver though.
Taking the family to this one. Do you think they'll let the kids in? I mean, this is going to be rated R, after all. Possibly NC-17.
24-6 Texans win.. Ole Kubes controls the ball half the game and rest players. Easy Sunday. May go fish and listen to the game
24-3 Texans, classic Kubiak game. Score 14 in the first, run the ball the rest of the way. Defense scores a TD(this time GQ).
