Ugh...embarassed to admit I just got beat by the Browns on Madden 12. Played waaaay to aggressive on D and got burned deep. Twice. Hope that's not foreshadowing.
I played them and killed them... even with Hillis playing, and I had AJ out. I even upped the sliders for a challenge... and Foster still had 160 yards and 2 TD's in the first half.
I am going to the game tomorrow and am ashamed to say it's my first Texans game to actually experience in person.I am taking my wife,son and his girlfriend. I had been to many Oiler and Astro games in the Astrodome but diidn't realize how much things have changed with the parking. Our seats are on the Coca Cola entrance side and was hoping someone could tell me where a good place to park would be? I bought my tickets and neglected to buy parking too. Any suggestions on best time to get there in the morning and where to park would be greatly appreciated. Would the metrorail be my best option?
Some businesses will open up their spots to you, but it cost money. It varies, It goes as cheap as 5 to as high as 20. I think you'll probably end up paying 20 if you find a place along South Main. As for walking to the stadium, if you Park on some business's lot on South Main, you can take Murworth, McKnee, or Westridge to get to Reliant. It really doesn't matter which entrance you get in. I usually go in the Comcast entrance which is the northeast corner. That's the side closer to downtown, near Kirby. Getting there in the morning is cool. If you're not going to tailgate, it's fine to get there at 10:45 to 11:00. Now leaving is a whole other story. Take your sweet time leaving.
Here is how it will go... Colt McCoy gets hurt in this game. Probably enough to put him on the side lines. Still, the Texans will play down to the competition and win what should be a blow-out by 4 or 8 points. There will be a two point score in this ugly game. Don't know why.
I'm trying to think of how the Texans can lose, and just can't think of anything. The difference on offense is just staggering. I mean, seriously. We actually have an "Arian Foster vs The guy that was on the practice squad and then then got cut" running back matchup here. Defenses I feel is more or less a wash. But the offenses they face could not be more different. Not to mention the Brown's elite defensive player, Joe Hayden, is somewhat worthless because Schaub will just throw to his TEs and Foster all day long.
Don't ever doubt the Texans' inability to let a game slip away. I kid. Hopefully we come out strong and don't take our foot off the pedal.
