lol that was a fun game...Gregerson made it interesting again but kudos to Feldman for hanging in there after a craptastic 1st inning... Gates, Carter and Marwin go yard! This is an incredible team to watch!! They are NEVER out of games! wow!

The Astros are a complete pain in the ass for Angels fans right now. Win 4 games in a row...finally get up over .500...and the Astros win 4 in a row at the same time.

i've gotten over how CRAZy it is that the Astros are a good/real baseball team again

Today, I'm amazed at the fact that MMP looked pretty filled and sounded LOUD on the broadcast. Houston likes professional baseball?!? Sounded amazing--wish I could be there (but I will certainly make it loud on the opposing side in Seattle)

I just love the whole attitude about this team right now, refusing to accept being behind, real winning mentality! Who do we credit for the mental turnaround this year? Hinch?

Whatever the reason I'm loving it. Seriously exciting season on the cards here if we can maintain.

Finally some returns on the Carter/Gattis tandem which is nice. Feldman does what he usually does. And we have an insanely deep bullpen, I feel confident about all 7 relievers.

With McHugh going tomorrow, and Buerhle really struggling, gotta feel good about the 4 game sweep.

I dont know if Im more excited about the offense being able to instantly put up 3 runs when needed...or the bullpen, which is completely rock solid, from top to bottom.

Luhnow has done a pretty amazing job with the pen...he's picked up Sipp, Deduno, Fields and Harris via waivers/rule 5, and everybody else was a FA signing. The entire pen was assembled without giving up a player.

Tucker has fared very well against lefties in the minors, no reason he should be benched in favor of Rasmus against a lefty. Particularly given how well he is hitting.

Agreed 100%, i'm stunned by this. It's quite a juggling act right now with 4 outfielders warranting full-time play. Facing a lefty it would seem like an obvious place to slot Tucker in for Rasmus, especially at home with the short left field (defensively makes sense also).

true...but Rasmus also had a good game yesterday and got a double of a lefty reliever so maybe Hinch is trying to get him on a roll. He was signed for $8M after all and has the experience factor.

Having said that, when was the last time we had 4 guys that could start in the outfield instead of 3 #4 guys? Love this team!!

Also, Gonzalez is sitting after hitting a homer the previous game. Hinch isn't sticking to his "you play if you homer" rule...I like him over Villar anyways.

P.S. maybe they are showcasing Villar? lol

When he made that comment, he probably didn't realize how many homers this team was about to hit

Feel free to have Josh Donaldson bunt with no outs any time, Jays.
