Ego shouldn't have anything to do with it... Foster is simply a much better RB than Blue.

Agreed but ya want Foster to stay healthy. Nothing wrong with two backs sharing the load with Foster getting the majority.

the only problem i could see happening is the other team is going to know we are going to run it just about every time Blue is out there since he sucks at pass protection... The great thing about foster is he s a complete back so the D cant predict what we are doing by the back that is out there.

I am not a Texans fan but I want them to beat the Bengals this weekend and I have Foster on my fantasy team - any update on his status? I figured you guys would know something about him via local sports talk than me trying to dig up whatever info I can

The word is he's doing better but will probably split carries with Blue which is bad news for both our fantasy teams, but I would expect Foster to get more than Blue.

    Officially, a game time decision.

Which means he probably won't play. OB will literally make it a game time decision.

Yeah, I would be a little surprised if he's able to play. 3 weeks after groin, given how he completely crumbled like he did, it a pretty quick turn around.

I thought Blue was much better in pass protection last week than Foster has been all season (the few times he has had to pass protect). Advanced statistics seem to back it up, although the change in QB and quicker releases by Mallet may have had something to do with Blue's relative success.

Bill O Brien seemed very happy today.

I think he knows the Bengals are in for a rough one come Sunday.

This is the first game this year I'm really excited about. I hope they don't let me down.

Texans need to stop the run.

Andy Dalton has been Ryan Fitzpatrick bad this year.

We just beat a better QB/defense.

If Mallet plays equivalent to last weeks performance than the Texans will win.

I was about to say that its not fair to say that about Dalton because he had one bad game doesn't mean Fitzpatrick bad, but I checked the stats. Yikes, very very similar
