The Bengals have nightmares about the city of Houston right now. Their inconsistent play has been affected by injuries to Green and others. But right now the Texans are fighting for an outside chance at playoff contention. Every game becomes meaningful and the Texans will be prepared. The Bengals havent had success at Houston for a while, and I dont expect that momentum to change this weekend. I'd love for Arian to play this week, but I dont think we will see him at least till December 7th... I think we see Kareem back this weekend. Clowney gets 2 sacks, and JJ recovers a fumble. Mallet has another solid outing picking up crucial 3rd downs and Blue/Grimes get a ton of touches.

I see the Texans in a defensive slug fest and they win a nail biter game 19-17 and think fat boy Randy kicks in the game winner from 45...

I think the Texans ability to run the ball will be the deciding factor.

The Texans can stop the run when there offense can give them a break.

I'm expecting a similar game as last weeks, except with Houston sporting homefield advantage.

This is the same team, different name. Same game plan.

That's better than 0% :) If you think they are going to lose a game at some point during the rest of the season _ what difference does the game they lose make (besides the game against Indy)... Best thing for the Texans to do is win out or lose no more than one game and hope Indy trips and falls.

I haven't been more hyped about a game in a long time. I hope there is a playoff atmosphere in the "dome." Hand towels and all.

    TEXANS 35

BENGALS have been our b****ES. We have a 5-game winning streak against them that stretches back to October 2008 and includes the playoff games. We keep that going and JJ Watt scores TWO touchdowns.

    ¡¡¡VAMOS TEXANS!!!!

the benching of swearinger at the hands of coach b.o.b? =)

i wonder is manning is going to start again. can't have Green or Hilton, looking ahead, striding along with no safety within 100 yards.

He didn't get the start, it was probably disciplinary. Probably nothing serious.

Lance Z speculated that it might be because Shanahan's offense relies so much on misdirection...and that DJ bites too hard on fakes in coverage.

I thought Daryl Morris was back for the last game? We need as much DB help as possible with AJ Green streaking down the sideline

Daryl Morris is going to be key against TY Hilton.

Get him healthy for that game!

I like AJ Boy vs Sanu.

Yeah, I can't wait. Although, I was really excited to see Mallet last week too.

This one feels like a playoff game.....might be because it's the Bengals lol.

I didn't see much from Bouye last week.

2 dropped picks, weak tackling, and his coverage was dismal.

perhaps it was "one of those days", and he will improve.

but, i am much more comfortable with Morris out there.

Bouye is always around the ball. He makes plays. I have been happy with the guy all year and my only complain was the TD he gave up earlier this year by not turning around his head.

He will be a good corner for us next year.

Morris needs to play in the slot. Plain and simple. Bouye has the size to make things difficult for Cincy's bigger WR's.

Havent heard but if Arian is back and his ego will allow Blue 1/3 of the carries, ground and pound allowing Mallett to hit wr's over the top, not to mention getting TE's involved. Really looking forward to the game.

I'm very very worried about AJ Green going HAM vs us.

Texans are ranked 30th in the league in defending team's #1 WR

81% for Swearinger, 91% for Lewis, 64% for Manning.

    Ehh.

I feel like these numbers are flawed.

Run defense starts out well. Fitzpatrick singlehandedly ruins the Texans defense.

It is crazy how good the Texans have been in 3&outs to start the games this year.

Besides coming out flat against Indy, I would say they have to be tops in the league.

Our defense gets mashed in the later stages when they are constantly trying to catch their breath without a reliable offense to stay on the field and eat clock.

Lets see, but I have a feeling that they will do just fine against AJ Green.
