Gattis (19) broke Castro's franchise record (18) for HRs by a catcher last season, and he did in ~50 games.

McCann currently has 9 consecutive 20+ HR seasons and will get majority of the starts... but Evan might only need 60 games.

 

Yeah, I think he wanted to keep Devo, Harris and Giles rested b/c he figures he'll need them over the next four days (and no off day this week). Peacock should have been throwing all strikes with a 6 run lead, but he could not find the zone. Although I think it's the first time he's pitched two days in a row this year, so hopefully just a hiccup on what's been an otherwise fantastic April for him.
