This will be the 4th time we have faced Gray this year. In his lone start at MMP this year he went 5 innings and gave up 3 earned runs.
I wonder how the Elston family feels that they put on a patch for Milo but not Gene. That's kind of horrible, if you ask me.
I hear ya But to be fair, Elston hasn't been with the club for 30 years Milo just retired a couple of years ago, Crane knew him personally, and he still made appearances. A few guys on the team (Qualls and Castro at least) knew Milo pretty well. Milo was close to some of the more recent Icons like Biggio and Bags...I don't think it was meant to be any kind of a slight on Elston, just been so long...
25 years, and was there from the inception of the franchise. he's a huge piece of astros history and deserves every bit of the same tribute that milo does.
