What's worse is the Draft is now a Lottery System. No more Top Pick for worst Record. Cleveland got the 1st Pick with a 1% chance.
I think Baseball Draft is more unpredictable. Evaluating Players, Family Life, Friends, asking Teammates, Coaches about the player. Work Ethic, Gym, Eating Healthy, Personality. Height, Size, Body Type, Healthy. Scouts and Medical Check Up doing investigation on the Player.
It is really sad to see JV and Yordan joining in the cancer that is plaguing this team. This team has no leaders either as players or as coaches. And there appears to be no end in sight of this massive disappointment this season has turned into.

Man that was tough to watch, started out good and then JV let it get away from him, I don't "think" he is cooked but just had some bad location and I think father time might be catching up to him BUT, the Yankees have a hell of a line up, the odd think is the Astros and Yankees are about tied for leaving men on base. We cannot seem to catch any breaks this year..................kind of hard to bag on guys like Bregman who have done so much in the past but I think he might be trade bait if they don't turn this around. I`m sorry but Espada just doesn't seem to have the right mind set, he was a bench coach for a reason, I liked the hire at the time, but he seems to be in over his head. One thing that pissed me off yesterday was not starting Dubon and the reason was because we have so many consecutive games coming up, come on they just had an off day and he is the strongest with RISP, sorry that's bad coaching, I know its early but we should be in playoff mode, we MUST win at all costs or well be out of it by the All Star break. I`m an optimist but I think we have been snake bit this season and we need a major shake up, lose the next 2 and I dont see us coming back from that.........I hope I am wrong but dam this is hard to watch after we have been so spoiled the past 8 years...................when does the Texans training camp start, I am ready to shift gears
