Should have been a household name in his youth with KC... but because of the market, and in the prime era where small markets were also-rans and doormats, while big markets thrived... he was largely unknown despite being a true 5-tool player at a very young age. BTW, I count 8 seasons with > than 100 RBI.

Eight seasons with 100+ RBI's He was very good for a very long time. A true 5-tool player... 400 HRs / 300 SBs / 4 GGs.... and clutch. I agree he wasn't super special at any one facet.
