I see more ABs for Tucker in lieu of Marisnick in the future.

I think he should replace Rasmus in the lineup. We need Marisnick's defense in CF badly.

Tucker needs more AB's. I wish they'd sit Rasmus and let the kid play.

BTW- Our first pinch hit HR in 2 years? Wow.

thats a tough one. I really like Marisnick, I think he is the Center Fielder we need for both D and Offense. I remember when Luhnow said that if Marisnick could hit over .250 he'd be a superstar...well I think he can. Marisnick has been key the first part of the season, he ain't going nowhere.

Rasmus has been very underrated this year, he's been really solid throughout. BUT, i think management has just viewed him as a 1 year player or someone to trade at the deadline. I think if they are really high on Tucker (And lets not get too carried away here, the guy hit a homerun...but small sample size), they'll let Rasmus go in FA or package him in a trade.

I dont know about a 'no-brainer'. He couldve brought in Marwin, who has a little experience of ruining a few games for the opposing team. Instead he called on the rookie with 0 HRs at that point.

Line drive smacked him in the leg. That didn't sound good.

As a left handed hitter, Gonzalez has a .213 OBP and there is statistically no reason to pinch hit him for Villar. Tucker was the best option for an extra base hit.

Got hit in what appeared to be the Quad/Hammy area on a line drive back to the mound. Really hope that it did hit a soft tissue area and not the knee, it was tough to tell on the replay.

Hoping it's just like a super dead-leg situation and not a knee.

When you're down to your final 2 outs you put in the guy who you think can tie the game. Preston slugged .650 at AAA this season. He's the easy choice.
