Starting pitching has been horrid.

Offense disappears right when they score just a run or 2.

Fister gave up 2 runs, and we lost. Bullpen gave up 0. This game was not on the pitching.

 

Horrible game to lose.

That's one of those they will be kicking themselves over later on. Great opportunities most of the night, awful execution.

 

Pitching has been fine since MIL series. Offense has been disgustingly bad.

 

Let's not forget stupid base running. Lord oh lord it gets worse every game. Especially after what saw tonight.

They also have a habit of hitting home runs with no one on base too!

 

This game was lost on the bases, stupid mistakes.
Also Hinch had a very bad game. You have 2 men on base, White hitting with 2 strikes, and he sends the runners? Easy out at 2b, double play. Next at bat, Rasmus hits a single.

Hinch does not know White is second on the team in K's with 17, he has more K's than Kris Karter. Why do you send the runners.

Another very dumb move is not pinch hitting for Castro in the 7th.
Another dumb move why not pinch hit for Gomez??? Whose hitting better lately, Marwin or Gomez???

Gomez looked terrible tonight. He should get a few days off. Too many guys looking at strike three with runners on. Castro and Gomez with a combined 2 RBIs for the season.

 

Right now i would love to have Domingo Santana playing for us and platooning with Tucker.

 

Not giving up on the season, but considering my city's history, I wouldn't be surprised if we end up 20 games under .500.

Rockets can't even beat GS without Curry.
