That's the 2nd time in the last week games that Hernandez has airmailed a throw to home that wasn't going to be very close. This time it worked out ok because Jones' foot came off the bag, but he needs to stop that.

Bregman should have just gone to first, not sure what that was about.

The guy could handle the pitch wherever it is, great fastball hitter, he had an idea, inside-out, drive oppo, selectively crush anything that he could. He was a joy to watch at the plate, and it made me sad to see him leave.

Yeah not sure why he threw to second. This is the kind of thing that should take about 5 seconds to review.

MLB wants to shorten the time of the game but allows an eternity for challenges and reviews

Oh wow, I guess there's an angle that shows the ball of his foot was still in contact but I thought he beat the ball to the bag as well.

He's up past his bedtime for today. The rain delay most likely got under his skin.

Alou could mash. I liked him before.he played in Houston when he was in Montreal. He hit a HR to tie a game vs SD which ended Trevor's consecutive save streak. Awesome htiter and very quick bat.

If he's feeling up to it - yes. Not sure how the original and subsequent delay may have affected him.

I want him out after the 6th. You are playing with fire leaving him in with a 2 run lead.

If the astros put 2 more runs on the board, then yeah let him pitch, but if it stays 4-2 you have to get him outta there, imo

They're really handling Gurriel with kid gloves. He was just DHing today and they're ph for him.
