Talk about the series here. Please no PBP in this thread. Unless otherwise noted all games are on CSN-H (for about 40% I guess). 9-8 Brad Peacock, RHP vs. Felix Hernandez, RHP 9:10 9-9 Collin McHugh, RHP vs. Roenis Elias, LHP 9:10 9-10 NiTro, RHP vs. Hisashi Iwakuma, RHP 9:10
Gotta win this one to consolidate that AL west sweep. LWW We jump on Elias, and Nitro outdeuls Iwakuma to announce his arrival.
I feel like the Astros have faced Hernandez/Iwakuma in every Mariners series this year.... which I guess makes sense since neither has really missed a start all year.
Peacock is a +105 underdog today... as the +1.5 teaser. On a sad note, this might be the last game I "watch" on comcast. They have dropped the ball so much (internet 8 of the past 20 days, cable box flickers and freezes every 4 seconds, no OnDemand). Really wanted to make it to the end of the season but the lack of internet for someone who works from home is just not smart. That being said, I am so excited to see NiTro pitch. I went to see him in CC last year, and he did very well that game.

I'm really sick of the "writers" whining about the length of the games. You cover baseball for a living you bastards.
I want to see at least 5 more delayed steals from Carter by the end of the year. No... end of the series.
headed out there tonight. Will get to see my 2nd McHugh-in-Seattle game this year...hoping for the same result!
