It needs to be on for him to be elite. Its probably his best weapon. His fastball, while fast, doesn't seem to have much movement.

Yeah, I think he did late in the season. I just remember them showing a stat late in the season for Carter on pitches over 93 and his average was .083 or something terrible like that.
