    HR rates this year have been crazy. Is it common knowledge at this point that the balls are juiced/somehow different? Or is that still a conspiracy theory? The numbers have been insane this year, even aside from Cole's uptick in dingers allowed

    Yeah, the cores are wound tighter allegedly. MLB says they are within the parameters, for whatever that's worth. This seems to happen every few years.

    I don't mind the live ball in 2016 and 2018, but this ball and the one in 2017 are a little much.
