    He gets Ks and prevents guys from elevating ball. Only things hitters have been able to do againat him has been to walk enough such that the rare extra base hits drive in a lot of runs.

    Fastest inning I've ever seen by our hitters in a looooooong time. Two "just misses" are tough to swallow.

    I don't like Nivaldo Rodriguez. Same guy with that terrible inning in one of the DBacks games.

    Great pitching beats great hitting. Great pitching demolishes bad hitting.

    This team is built around great hitters. Maybe our model needs revision.

    I don’t disagree with that but my definition of overpowering is G Cole. Power vs management. Cole can straight up overpower hitters

    Hurts (no pun intended) when JV is down, LMJ may not be 100%, and our rookie relievers are hit or miss.

    Since Dusty's extension 3-7. It was too early to give a 1st year manager with the Stros, an extension.

    The good news is that we are only 1.5 from wild card, the bad news is the worst team is 3. The even bad news is that we are the only team with more runs scored than allowed that has a losing record pending Orioles game today.
